About me
Hello everyone and thank you for visiting and taking a look. My name is Dave Hettrick and I am a published photographer originally from the panhandle area of Florida. I have been living in Jacksonville since 1986.
I'm dedicated to providing a high-quality and personalized photography experience for you. I believe in clear communication and collaboration to ensure your creative vision is realized perfectly.
When I am not working with clients, I enjoy taking photos of interesting places and of interesting people. At least once a month I try to visit the Riverside Arts Market and I always bring my camera. If you happen to recognize me there, please say "hi" and get your picture taken or if you are with your dog, I'm probably going to ask you if I can take your picture.
What makes me different than other photographers and why should you choose me?
- I don't have a set price list however my rates are very reasonable and flexible. It depends entirely on the type of photo session, the travel distance, time on site, weather and equipment needed.
- Have you ever paid a deposit and then waited forever or maybe even never to receive your photos from the photographer? Once my fee is paid-in-full, you will receive access to all of your photos both edited and unedited, and stored on a cloud drive for 90 days that you can access with full privileges. You own your photos from then on and can edit and re-use them as much as you like as long as I am credited as the photographer. During a typical photo session, 200 - 400 photos can be taken.
- For new models creating their very first portfolio, your first session is free and will include 10 edited photos of my choice for you to own and for my marketing and social media purposes. All models must be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by a legal guardian with identification.
